Mike Bierbach, better known as Rødhåd, is a defining figure of Berlin’s techno scene who spent a decade refining his craft in the city's underground before reaching international acclaim. Known for a signature style that is deep, powerful, and melancholic, he seamlessly bridges the gaps between dub, techno, and house. In 2009, he launched Dystopian, a party series and label that revitalized the Berlin scene by providing an uncompromising platform for raw, timeless techno during a period of oversaturated, fluffy dance music.

While a highly lauded producer, Rødhåd’s true forte is DJing, having built a reputation for marathon sets in Berlin’s most notorious hideaways. Since moving from a career in construction to music full-time, he has expanded his creative reach through his second label, WSNWG. Launched in 2018, the imprint focuses on collaborative studio sessions with peers such as Fadi Mohem, Rene Wise, and Lady Starlight, cementing his status as both a master selector and a key catalyst for contemporary techno innovation.
