French artist UFO9, has emerged as a vital figure in contemporary techno through his raw and visceral approach to live performance. As a resident at the legendary Tresor Berlin, he has built a reputation for high-stakes, improvisational sets that eschew premeditation in favor of mutating machine patterns and real-time energy. Performing at global institutions like Berghain, Bassiani, and Basement NY, he channels the dark, hypnotic pulse of early '90s techno while maintaining a fiercely modern edge that emphasizes total sonic immersion.

In the studio, UFO95’s relentless drive is captured through acclaimed releases on prestigious labels such as Tresor, WSNWG, and MORD. He also co-runs the TSSRCT imprint alongside Hadone, with whom he collaborates as the duo Civic Instruction. His music reimagines techno’s core principles—utilizing repetition as hypnosis and rhythm as resistance—to create a stripped-back, forward-thinking sound. Whether on record or on stage, UFO95 continues to redefine the boundaries of the genre by treating sound as a living, breathing form of artistic urgency.
