Since his 2010 debut with the genre-shifting Vril 1-4, Vril has established himself as a master of sonic reflections of the subconscious. His sound is characterized by a cosmic quality that moves seamlessly between earth-shattering drums and delicate, arcane chords. Whether producing for labels like Ostgut Ton and Delsin or delivering acclaimed albums like Torus and 2023’s Animist, Vril explores a vast spectrum of electronic music, ranging from experimental ambient and IDM to high-energy, peak-time techno.

Widely regarded as one of the industry's premier live performers, Vril delivers highly energetic, cathartic sets that have earned him a consistent spot in "top ten live artist" polls globally. Beyond his solo work, he is a prolific collaborator, notably participating in Sebastian Mullaert’s Circle Of Live and partnering with Rødhåd for their acclaimed Out Of Place Artefacts project. Having toured over 45 countries, Vril remains a visionary force, known for a distinct and inexplicable "space matter" sound that continues to redefine the boundaries of contemporary electronica.
